The “Baron of Techno” returns to Tokyo for a pre-NYE blowout. Englishman Dave Clarke received his moniker from the late, great DJ John Peel and hails from the early UK acid-house days. With a sound rooted in the mechanical funk of Detroit techno, Clarke still pushes the envelope of digital DJing, sometimes playing tracks he’s just received via the internet. He’s also known for a visceral style with relentless cutting and scratching. Fellow Brit tech stylist Leroy Roberts will be helming Vision’s second room.
