MAPPA Expo – Yurakucho Museum

MAPPA, the animation studio behind “Jujutsu Kaisen,” “Chainsaw Man” and the final season of “Attack on Titan,” takes over the Yurakucho Museum with an exhibition dedicated to its catalog. The expo runs through early December, leaving plenty of time to plan a visit.

Chainsaw Man Cafe – BOX Cafe&Space Shinjuku Lumine EST

Denji, Pochita and the rest of the devil hunters move into BOX Cafe&Space in Shinjuku Lumine EST, with a themed food and drink menu inspired by Tatsuki Fujimoto’s series. It’s a handy stop for anyone already passing through Shinjuku Station.

Attack on Titan Cafe – Tree Village Entertainment Shop (Tokyo Skytree)

Hajime Isayama’s story of humanity’s fight against the Titans gets its own cafe at Tree Village, inside the Tokyo Skytree complex. Pairing a meal here with a trip up the tower makes for an easy afternoon out.

Hunter x Hunter Pop-Up Shop – Shinjuku Marui Annex

The Summer Hikaru Died Pop-Up – Shinjuku Marui Annex

The Apothecary Diaries Pop-Up – Shibuya Modi

Maomao, the sharp-witted pharmacist solving mysteries in the imperial court, brings her world to Shibuya Modi. Expect merchandise drawn from the popular light novel and anime series.

Sakamoto Days Pop-Up – Shibuya Modi

Yuto Suzuki’s action comedy about a legendary hitman turned convenience store owner gets a pop-up at Shibuya Modi, opening two days before “The Apothecary Diaries” shop wraps up.

Blue Lock Pop-Up – Shibuya Modi

Soccer fans and anime watchers alike can drop by Shibuya Modi for a brief “Blue Lock” pop-up, built around the series’ cutthroat striker training program. With a run of just over a week, an early visit is worth considering.

Gintama Pop-Up – Shibuya Tsutaya

Gintoki and the Yorozuya crew bring Hideaki Sorachi’s samurai comedy to Shibuya Tsutaya from mid-November into early December, with goods celebrating the series’ mix of Edo-period setting, aliens and offbeat humor.

Junji Ito x Sanrio Pop-Up – Shinjuku Lumine EST

Horror manga master Junji Ito teams up with Sanrio in a collaboration that blends unsettling and cute. The pop-up at Shinjuku Lumine EST runs for two weeks, just in time for Halloween season.

Solo Leveling Exhibition – Tokyu Plaza Shibuya

Based on the hit Korean web novel and webtoon, “Solo Leveling” follows Sung Jinwoo’s rise from the weakest hunter to an unstoppable force. The exhibition at Tokyu Plaza Shibuya has been running since July and closes at the start of November.
