Just in time to squeeze the last drops out of World Cup fever comes Drumstruck, the South African percussion spectacular. The show started life a decade ago as a corporate motivational performance before transforming into a full-scale stage production in 2002. The brainchild of Johannesburg entrepreneur Warren Lieberman, Drumstruck sees a team of African percussionists and dancers lead the audience on a participatory romp through the continent’s drumming traditions.
