If you feel starved of movies in languages other than Japanese and English, don’t miss EU Film Days, a festival of 22 works from an equal number of European countries. Not all the films have English subtitles, but those that do hail from countries as diverse as Sweden, Greece and Latvia. In addition to the Japanese premiere of Tatarak, the latest from Polish luminary Andrzej Wajda, audiences will have another chance to catch multiple Oscar-winner Slumdog Millionaire and the charming Irish musical drama Once. Entry to all screenings is a bargain at ¥500.
