Just in time for cherry blossom season, Maison Marunouchi, the French bistro located on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, will begin offering a flower-themed Afternoon Tea from March 18 to May 31. Inspired by the beauty of nature and flowers from around the world, Maison Marunouchi’s “Flower Afternoon Tea” experience will carry spring into bloom. Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Thibaud’s creations, inspired by his experiences in Switzerland, will take you on a sweet and blissful journey around the world to enjoy flowers in full bloom.
Additionally, from March 18 to April 30, executive chef Daniel Calvert’s signature dessert, the mille-feuille will be on sale in the beautiful seasonal sakura flavor. The Sakura Mille Feuille with its layers of beautifully crispy pie pastry and delicate sakura leaf and vanilla-infused diplomat creme make this the perfect dessert for the coming spring.
