International Women’s Day in Italy is the day when the country is dyed yellow with mimosa flowers. Since the 50s, it’s been customary for men to gift the women in their life mimosas which symbolize both strength and beauty. This year will be the second year Tokyo will celebrate “Mimosa Day” with this year’s theme being the positive power and energy of “Yellow Magic” bringing your dreams to life.

Mimosa Day 2022 at Odaiba beach will feature the pop-up Yellow Bar where visitors will receive complimentary Prosecco DOC and Ferrero Rocher upon arrival, as well as a group walk along the Rainbow Bridge towards the Yellow Bar. On top of that, from March 5 until March 8, 50 participating Italian restaurants will be celebrating Mimosa Day by gifting customers flowers and chocolates.
