KOZUE “Taste of Kyushu”

This autumn, Park Hyatt Tokyo would like to proudly present KOZUE’s (40th floor) the “Taste of Kyushu” this autumn to pay homage to the northern part of Kyushu, one of Japan’s biggest islands and region well known for its greenery and high-quality food. Chef de Cuisine Nobuhiro Yoshida and his team will serve a selection of seasonal dishes featuring chicken, blowfish and other local items from Fukuoka, Saga, and Nagasaki prefectures, paired with locally brewed sake to warm the soul this autumn.
Their delectable autumn selections are available from October 6 to November 5.
*Closed during lunch time on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and at dinner time on Wednesdays.
