Join an evening of old European Christmas readings and music at Kirakudow, the beautiful 100-year-old farmhouse hidden in the woods in Toshimaen. You will sit by the wood fire and listen to traditional ghost stories (with English subtitles) and ancient carols with delicious mulled wine. The stories are read by actor Makoto Fujita.

MUSIC for ISOLATION is the Tokyo-based duo of Rie Takeuchi (baritone saxophone) and Gideon Juckes (tuba). A blend of folk, classical, improvisation, innovation and tradition, their music is intimate, ancient and new.
