The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo will host a special wine dinner in collaboration with Aleksander Wine, the California-based winery founded by former NBA Champion Sasha Vujacic and his brother Al Bjekovic. The event takes place on October 27, at Melodia, the hotel’s contemporary Italian restaurant, starting at 6:30pm.

Guests can look forward to an intimate evening as Sasha and Al share their winemaking story. They will introduce two signature vintages — Aleksander 2019 and Aleksander 2016 Reserve — both praised for depth and craftsmanship.

To mark the occasion, the hotel’s culinary team has created a unique course menu that unites three restaurants: Melodia (Italian Cuisine), China Shadow (Chinese Cuisine), and Kazane (Teppanyaki). Each dish will be thoughtfully paired to complement and elevate the character of the featured wines.
