TOKYO KOUGEI PARK in Autumn (kougei means “traditional craftsmanship”) brings Tokyo artisans, designers and makers to KITTE Marunouchi for five days of live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and handmade goods.

The program also spotlights craftspeople from regions affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake, supporting efforts to preserve local traditions and rebuild the craft industry. New work from the city’s certified masters and an elementary school design contest round out the lineup, showing how time-honored techniques continue to evolve for contemporary life.

Entry is free, while workshop fees vary by activity. Visit the official event website for the daily schedule, available workshops and prices.
