Universal Studios Japan’s Halloween Horror Nights marks its 15th year with its most extreme lineup yet, running September 11 through November 8, 2026.

This year adds the R-18, waiver-required Lights Out: Nightmare Isolation, alongside returning fan favorites Resident Evil Requiem: The Dive and a Sadako-themed dark ride, all set against the largest zombie horde in the park’s history.

Street Zombies and Zombie de Dance start at 6 p.m. nightly, and standard park admission covers both. Some attractions, including Resident Evil Requiem: The Dive, require a separate e-timed entry ticket.

Halloween Horror Nights does not recommend the event for children age 5 and under, and guests age 12 and under need parental consent for certain attractions.
