Chef Tadao Noguchi celebrates three years at the Royal Park Hotel (2-1-1 Nihombashi-Kakigara-cho, Chuo-ku; www.rph.co.jp) with special menu plans at lunch and dinner. Noguchi is reprising favorite dishes from his stint at Palazzo, the Royal Park’s flagship restaurant, infusing each recipe with seasonal flavors of autumn. The lineup includes silky cream soup with oyster and a hint of cappuccino; sautéed foie gras wrapped in a layer of potato; marbled flounder with Kyoto onions and autumn mushrooms; grilled Bigorre black pork with lemon; and Canadian lobster etouffé with cream. The five-course menus (served with coffee and dessert) are available for ¥5,775 at lunch and ¥16,800 at dinner. Available through October 31.
