They learn to attract investors, manage operations, and build sustainable business models—gaining invaluable practical experience that sets them apart in today’s competitive world.
Participants of the JA Company Program compete at the local level, with top-performing teams earning the opportunity to represent their countries at prestigious regional finals. The JA COY competition, held across JA’s six global regions, ultimately feeds into the De La Vega Global Entrepreneurship Award, celebrating the most outstanding JA entrepreneurs worldwide.
