You’ll definitely require a healthy dose of written Japanese to actually make an order, but searches are relatively simple to follow. Plug in your object of desire and browse the ranks of price-ordered stores offering said booty. When you find what you’re after at a price that’s right, click through to go to the retailer direct and dig out that kanji dictionary/hit the Rikaichan/kun button.
Competition is fierce, so free delivery and bundled extras are common—I recently “leveled-up” my order for a new MacBook Pro by securing not just a ¥20,000 discount over most High St stores, but also double the memory and a 16GB SD card for free. Mmm—like free beer.
