ISLA DE SALSA – World Beat Festival returns to Nokonoshima on Saturday, September 19, 2026!

More than a music festival, Isla de Salsa is a vibrant celebration of cultures, rhythms, food, dance and people from around the world. Inspired by salsa — a sauce made by mixing different ingredients — the festival brings everyone together to create a unique experience.

This year’s lineup features two-time Latin Grammy winners Septeto Santiaguero from Cuba, reggae singer Metis, Afrobeat/world music collective AJATE, and improvisational percussion group LA SEÑAS.
