Happy Meal

The third installment in this franchise of logic-defying babysitting products comprises little more than the requisite cute animals, color and motion. The plot, for want of a better word, takes our foursome of New York Zoo characters out of Africa and on a road trip, which is generally what writers do when they don’t have any ideas. But its toddler targets won’t care, and some easily amused parents may be able to endure it. It’s beautifully rendered, but so eyeball-gougingly hyperactive that it seems like you’re watching on fast-forward. If this were food, it’d be a Happy Meal.
