No one is more like, “no way, dood” than Bart, a soldier who returned from Iraq in a box, when he awakes after his funeral and discovers that he is decomposing. Ew. A few moments of hilarity alternate with a lot of graphic ultra-violence as Bart and his unhinged bud Joey become hero vigilantes in their search for lowlife blood. Okay, Shawn of the Dead it ain’t, but it’s more realistic, vampirically speaking, than Twilight and gets points for originality (two for the vibrating dildo alone). The humor and various excesses will be best appreciated if you haven’t yet reached your 13th birthday.
