New beauty salon is opening in Shinjuku. PBE Tokyo is a professional hair braids salon but also offer lots of other specialties like hair extensions, cornrows dreadlocks, hair perms, hair trims, colors and also makeup, eyelashes, nail manicures, nail pedicures, ope foot massages…  Also their services are not only in Japanese but in English aswell.
