ICC Annual 2026: What is Left, What Remains and What We Take On

Jun 20, 2026 at 11:00am ~ Nov 08, 2026 at 6:00pm

At a moment when generative AI is rewriting how history gets recorded and shared, NTT InterCommunication Center (ICC) opens a timely new exhibition asking who decides what gets remembered. Bringing together 10 artists from Japan and abroad — including Rosa MENKMAN, Wu Chi-Yu and SUGAI KEN — to examine the relationship between memory, media and technology through media art, sound and installation work. A highlight is SUGAI KEN’s anechoic chamber piece, designed for solo experience and limited to numbered tickets available via online advanced reservation. The exhibition runs June 20 – November 8, 2026, at ICC Gallery B in Tokyo Opera City Tower.
