Japan–France Contemporary Les Couleurs 2026 Art Exhibition
Jul 20, 2026 at 11:00am ~ Jul 26, 2026 at 7:00pm
This exhibition features a total of nine artists—four from France, one from French-speaking Switzerland, and four from Japan—and showcases a diverse range of works spanning genres, including paintings, photography, mixed media, and three-dimensional pieces.
“Les Couleurs” refers not merely to color, but to the very differences in culture, perspective, background, and sensibility. The unique colors possessed by each artist resonate across borders and languages, creating new relationships within a single space.
This exhibition marks the first installment of the “Les Couleurs” series curated by Miki Meguro. Moving forward, the plan is to continue hosting this series under the “Les Couleurs” concept, welcoming artists with ties to both Japan and France. While maintaining the core principle that color = diversity, the series will evolve as a platform that reflects the artistic expressions of each era.
By bringing together artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, each contributing their own color, a new breeze of contemporary art.
Featuring Live Painting & Special Performances. Live music by nature airliner.
