Soirée Blanche 2026: An All-White Summer Party with Champagne Free-Flow at Grand Hyatt Tokyo

Jul 04, 2026 at 6:00pm ~ Sep 12, 2026 at 9:30pm

Soirée Blanche 2026 brings a glamorous all-white summer party to Grand Hyatt Tokyo, running from July through September. Inspired by the parties of the Côte d’Azur, Soirée Blanche transforms The French Kitchen’s Main Dining Room and outdoor terrace into a slice of Mediterranean summer in the heart of downtown Tokyo.

Guests are invited to dress head-to-toe in white for this elegant evening gala, which opens with welcome canapés served on the venue’s breathtaking outdoor terrace. The canapé selection includes cured ham with melon, pâté de campagne, quiche Provençal, seared smoked salmon with basil crouton and spicy potato and cheese pockets—paired with free-flow drinks led by Perrier Jouët Champagne, alongside white wine, red wine, cocktails and soft drinks.

After the terrace reception, Soirée Blanche continues indoors with a full spread of fine dining. Highlights include truffled French fries, fougasse and a Sardine Provence salad with colorful vegetables, fresh tomato sauce, marinated olives and artichoke. The BBQ menu features spicy beef rump, homemade tornado sausage with Meaux mustard, chicken wings confit with herbs de Provence, marinated prawns, mariniere mussels and clams, roasted corn, garlic-flavored green beans and ratatouille.

Dessert brings the Mediterranean theme full circle with nougat de Montélimar and apricot compote, plus an ice cream station offering white peach sherbet, lemon thyme sherbet and Camargue salted caramel ice cream. Throughout the evening, live music sets the tone for a sophisticated summer celebration.

Soirée Blanche 2026 is a ticketed, advance-reservation event with limited capacity, so early booking is recommended for anyone hoping to spend a summer evening dressed in white, Champagne in hand, on one of Tokyo’s most elegant terraces.
