Kotaro Machiyama – Au / Encounter Exhibition

Jul 15, 2026 at 12:00pm ~ Aug 16, 2026 at 7:00pm

Inspired by the gaze of a young child experiencing the world for the first time, Kotaro Machiyama’s abstract series invites viewers into a realm where they can intuitively perceive colors and shapes untainted by specific meanings. Exuding the wonder and beauty of the act of seeing, his work has garnered high international acclaim. The titles reflect various forms of “encounter”—such as the serendipitous meetings unique to “SPEAK FOR WALL.” Approximately ten pieces, including smaller works that are easy to display, will be exhibited and available for purchase.

Hours: 12pm – 7pm (Closed Mondays and Tuesdays) Open on public holidays.
