Bringing together filmmakers and film enthusiasts alike, the Japan-based non-profit Legacy Lounge is hosting Film Screening events for Japan-based filmmakers. Legacy Lounge seeks to provide a place for artists to share their work, build an audience and establish themselves as professionals in Japan. 

“Queen of WE” a captivating documentary produced by Tofu Media and localized by Borderless Translations is portraying an inspiring journey of Japan’s women’s soccer players as they strive to overcome all obstacles and achieve their dreams. Following the screening will be a Q&A session with Borderless Translation’s CEO McIsiah (Mac) Kendama and freelancer Chelsea Quezergue. Mac has collaborated with renowned entertainment studios such as Square Enix, Players for Players, NHK and provides exceptional localization services across all borders. Chelsea is fluent in Japanese and Spanish and her notable works include FIFA’s “Queen of WE” and “Hand-Drawn: 2D Animation Documentary”.
