For its first anniversary, Tokyo minimal techno collective Fasten Musique Concrete presents a DJ from the busy Amsterdam scene. A member of laptop sextet Amsterdam 661, Lauhaus is also known as one half of the Polder project. In his first visit to Eleven—the second coming of legendary dance club Yellow—the DJ says he’ll be spinning a balance of old and new music, house and techno. “Being a recording artist from the Planet Gong family, you can expect many new sounds from Amsterdam-based labels like Remote Area, Intacto and Bangbang,” he tells Metropolis. “My aim is always to get the crowd moving and keep the energy level high, so my set will range from deep house to more techy stuff.”
