Wave your arms in the air like you care. This could be the motto for a huge rave set to benefit victims of the 2011 disaster. The event is hosted by restless audiovisual artist and entrepreneur Naohiro Ukawa and his friends at streaming website and club Dommune. With deep links in the music community, Ukawa has cobbled together a stellar lineup featuring noiseniks the Boredoms and Keiji Haino, a slew of DJs, and British poet-savant Penny Rimbaud, the co-founder of anarcho-punk band Crass. The event is free, but attendees are asked to register online in advance and contribute ¥1,000 at the door.
