All Tomorrow’s Party offshoot I’ll Be Your Mirror returns for its second Tokyo installment. This time the traveling indie music circus turns the reins over to Jim O’Rourke, the former Sonic Youth guitarist and producer who has made Japan his home. O’Rourke himself will perform his influential album Eureka, and he’s also invited along a gaggle of noise-niks like the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Borbetomagus and Japan’s Nisenenmondai. I’ll Be Your Mirror is named after the B-side to The Velvet Underground’s original “All Tomorrow’s Parties” 7″ single.
