I think it’s fair to say that this mind-numbingly generic, pointless turkey would never have escaped Direct-to-DVD Land were it not for the untimely death of its star. Paul Walker plays (surprise!) an undercover narc infiltrating a housing project so violent it’s been sealed off by the military. It gets worse. The reigning drug boss (RZA) has a neutron bomb (!). He’s threatening to blow up Detroit and kill 3 million people. I didn’t know that many people still lived there. Lacks style, substance, intelligence, logic, plot and suspense. Only plus is parkour creator David Belle’s astounding antics. Japanese title: Full Throttle. (90 min)
