For the second year running, key Shibuya indie rock venue O-Nest busts out of its narrow confines to present a freewheeling day of concerts across the street at the more spacious O-East/Duo Music Exchange. Nest Fest is the brainchild of talented oddball multi-instrumentalist Shugo Tokumaru, hip-hop/techno duo Group Inou, and a few other O-Nest regulars, who will also be performing. This year’s edition doubles up as a celebration of the 30th anniversary of blues rocker Hideyoshi Azuma, and will also feature overseas talents like Joe Lally from Fugazi and psych/jam outfit Jackie-O Motherfucker (pictured).
