The entire Shibuya “O” live house complex becomes a moshpit when punk zine Punk Rock Confidential hosts its annual daylong slamfest. This year’s event looks to be a banner one, with heavyweight overseas talent in the form of UK veterans and longtime Japan friends Snuff and American ska-punk outfit Big D and the Kids Table among others. These bands will be joined at O-East, O-West, O-Nest, O-Crest and Duo Music Exchange by domestic punkers Locofrank and more as a total 35 groups bathe Shibuya in a sheen of sweat, spittle and blood. Snuff have their own headlining gig Sep 2.

O-East and other venues, Sep 3. See concert listings (popular) for details.
