A refined shabu-shabu spot that holds onto its wa with both hands. Kissho will bruise the bank without breaking it, with sets and courses falling into the ¥3,000-7,000 range. If you want to drop more, the Higashi Ginza branch will do wagyu shabu-shabu for up to ¥14,040.
