Located in Shuzenji, Shizuoka Prefecture, Baird Brewing Company was founded in 2000 by husband and wife Bryan and Sayuri Baird under the motto of “Celebrating Beer.”

Unfiltered and undergoing secondary fermentation in the kegs or bottles from which it is served, Baird Beer is naturally carbonated, and continues evolving until it is time to drink. Year-round brews include the Red Rose Amber Ale which is “richly fruity and malty, yet crisp and dry,” and the Suruga Bay Imperial IPA described as being a “fireworks-like festival of hops.”
