If you were gamboling naked and innocent in the fictional paradise of Shangri-La, you might occasionally want to tuck into some grilled meat. In order to equip you for this eventuality, international luxury hotel chain Shangri La’s Tokyo branch (www.shangri-la.jp) will be providing a teppanyaki cooking course, taught by the chef of its highbrow Nadaman restaurant.
