GAMADASE: Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Event in Tokyo

A late-night psychedelic dance party raises funds for Kumamoto earthquake relief on Sept. 21.
GAMADASE brings a Kumamoto earthquake relief event to Koenji Cave on Sept. 21, 2026. The late-night party starts at 11pm, with all event proceeds going toward earthquake relief in Kumamoto.
Organized by Tsuyoshi Suzuki, the night brings together DJs connected to Japan’s psychedelic and underground electronic music scenes. Entry is ¥2,500.
A Late-Night Benefit at Koenji Cave
GAMADASE turns the Koenji dance floor into a fundraiser for communities affected by the 2026 Kumamoto earthquake.
The event takes place at Koenji Cave, an underground club in Suginami-ku. Its regular programming centers on psychedelic trance, darkpsy and other electronic sounds.
The party starts at 11pm and continues into the night. No closing time has been announced.
The GAMADASE Lineup
Tsuyoshi Suzuki leads the lineup and also organizes the event. Suzuki is a Tokyo DJ and producer associated with Matsuri Digital and psychedelic trance project Prana.
Funky Gong of JOUJOUKA also joins the main floor. His sets draw from trance, techno, house and psychedelic dance music.
DO SHOCK BOOZE is the project of producer Yoichi Hayashi. His work connects techno, tribal, bass and experimental sounds, with roots in both Aso, Kumamoto and Tokyo.
Ubar Tmar, also associated with Panorama Records, completes the announced main-floor lineup. The lounge lineup is still to be announced.
Supporting the Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Fund
All proceeds from GAMADASE will be donated to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Fund administered by Kumamoto Prefecture.
The prefecture opened the fund to support people affected by the earthquake. Donations are currently scheduled to be accepted through Oct. 30, 2026.
That gives the night a purpose beyond the dance floor. Admission directly contributes to the official prefectural relief fund while bringing several established electronic artists together in Koenji.
