Gnaw Asia Tour 2026: Singapore Noise Rock in Tokyo

Singapore noise-rock band Gnaw play Shinjuku and Shimokitazawa on their “Inside a Machine That’s Glistening” Asia Tour.
Singaporean noise-rock band Gnaw bring their first Asia tour to Tokyo for 2 shows in October 2026. The band plays Shinjuku MARBLE on Oct. 27, followed by Shimokitazawa SPREAD on Oct. 28.
The dates form part of the “Inside a Machine That’s Glistening” tour. The route also includes Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Osaka.
Gnaw Bring Inside a Machine That’s Glistening to Japan
Gnaw released their debut EP, Inside a Machine That’s Glistening, on Apr. 10, 2026. The 4-track record moves between distorted guitars, digital noise, melodic hooks and dreamier passages.
Their sound pulls from 1990s alternative rock, grunge and hypergaze. Gnaw have also previously opened for experimental rock band Deerhoof.
The Japan shows will feature songs from the EP alongside unreleased material from Gnaw’s upcoming full-length album.
Gnaw at Shinjuku MARBLE
The first Tokyo show takes place at Shinjuku MARBLE on Oct. 27.
Gnaw will perform alongside Wednesday Wonderland., 2beef and ghost girl in my bed. Doors open at 6:30pm, with the show starting at 7pm.
Advance tickets cost ¥3,800, while door tickets are ¥4,300. U-23 admission costs ¥2,000, with a separate drink charge.
Gnaw at Shimokitazawa SPREAD
Gnaw continue the tour at Shimokitazawa SPREAD on Oct. 28.
Tokyo indie-rock band LIGHTERS and elsie sue join the lineup. Doors open at 7pm, with performances starting at 7:30pm.
