Handcrafting Experience of Yosegi Zaiku Coaster

The Japanese traditional hotel, Karaku, from ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS located in a town called Gora, Hakone is presenting the experience workshop of Yosegi Zaiku (wooden mosaic work) handcrafting starting from Nov 25. This is to introduce the charms of Hakone’s traditional crafts. Hakone Yosegi Zaiku had become popular among tourists during the Edo period and has been succeeded until now. Besides the experience of handcrafting, it is also able to enjoy and admire the valuable stored items. The free parts are provided to the guests staying at Karaku so please book the room to apply for the program.
