Hilton Tokyo Unveils Beer Garden: SUNSET BEACH AUSTRALIA

Hilton Tokyo invites guests to experience its seasonal rooftop beer garden, returning from May 15 to September 30, 2026 on the hotel’s 7th-floor terrace. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Japan–Australia relationship, this year’s concept is inspired by the laid-back charm of an Australian sunset beach.

Guests can make a reservation at the Hilton Tokyo Official Website. The two-hour experience, starting from ¥7,000 per person, includes a specially curated Aussie platter and free-flow beverages, featuring draft and Australian beers, signature rum-based cocktails, red and white wines and highballs.

Upgrade to the premium setting for ¥8,000 per person (¥9,000 on Fridays and Saturdays). For an added touch of indulgence, guests may upgrade their experience with free-flow sparkling wine for an additional ¥1,500 per person, or Champagne for an additional ¥3,000 per person.

The free-flow beverage selection features a vibrant lineup of draft beers, including Asahi Super Dry, Asahi Premium Jukusen and Peroni Nastro Azzurro, alongside canned favorites such as Sapporo Lager Beer, Yebisu Beer and Coopers Original Pale Ale from Adelaide, Australia. Newly introduced this year, the rum bar invites guests into a playful DIY experience—crafting their own cocktails with five types of rum, complemented by fruit juices, mixers and fresh garnishes such as mint and lime. The experience is further elevated with Australian red and white wines, highballs and a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages, including sodas and fruit juices.

The culinary experience at the beer garden is led by Hilton Tokyo’s Executive Chef, Mandar Madav, presenting authentic Aussie flavors inspired by Australia’s vibrant multicultural food scene. The specially curated platter features six dishes, thoughtfully crafted to pair seamlessly with the beverage selection.

Highlights include the “Australian Bunnings Sausage Sandwich,” a weekend street classic featuring a freshly grilled sausage nestled in soft bread and topped with caramelized onions, ketchup and mustard. Crispy “Sesame Chicken Wings” are served with a rich Marmite-infused sauce, while the “Haymarket-Style Bite-Sized Crispy Gyoza,” inspired by Sydney’s dynamic Asian food culture, are the perfect match for a cold beer and come with a refreshing lemon aioli. The lineup is rounded out with favorites such as classic French fries and a smoked cod Caesar salad, creating a vibrant and satisfying dining experience.
