Rockin’on Sonic returns for its third edition on January 9 –10, 2027.
Day one, January 9, headlines with Bloc Party, alongside Dinosaur Jr., Kim Gordon, and Violet Grohl.
Day two, January 10, brings Suede, Pale Waves, Kula Shaker, and Dove Ellis.
The festival moves to the newly built SGC Hall Ariake, down from its previous two editions at Makuhari Messe. Organizers cited consistent underperformance against that larger target as the reason for the move, opting to preserve the festival’s music-first concept at a more sustainable scale.
