Azabudai Hills Summer Dining Rolls Out a Kids’ Discount, a Yukata Deal and a Dozen Parfaits

Jul 18, 2026 at 11:00am ~ Aug 31, 2026 at 8:30pm

Hills House packs three limited-run summer promotions into Dining 33 and Sky Room Cafe & Bar this year

Azabudai Hills summer dining gets three separate reasons to book a table this year, all running out of Hills House on the 33rd and 34th floors of Mori JP Tower. Two land at the bistro Dining 33 through August 31, 2026, and a third takes over Sky Room Cafe & Bar from July 29 to August 20. None of the three combine with each other or with other discounts, so pick one per visit.

Kids Eat Their First Full Course at Half Price

The “Summer Vacation Full Course Debut Plan for Kids” runs July 18 through August 31, 2026, cutting the course fee in half for children from elementary school age through 19, as long as an adult orders alongside them. Up to two children per adult qualify. Lunch runs 11am to 3pm, last order 2 pm. Dinner runs 6pm to 11pm, with course orders cut off at 8:30pm.

Preschool-age children need a private room, which costs an extra ¥16,500. The same private-room rule and fee apply to children under 10 outside the promotion window.

Get 10% Off in a Yukata at Dining 33

Running the same July 18 to August 31, 2026 window, the “Yukata Bistro to Enjoy the Coolness” plan knocks 10% off the entire food and drink bill for any group with at least one person dressed in yukata or other traditional Japanese clothing. Lunch follows the same 11am to 3pm hours. Dinner runs 6pm to 11pm, with set-course orders cut off at 8:30pm and à la carte orders at 9:30pm. A new à la carte menu also launched alongside it, built for shorter visits that don’t require a full course.

Sky Room Cafe & Bar Stacks a Dozen Parfaits Sky-High

From July 29 to August 20, 2026, Sky Room Cafe & Bar hosts the “Hills Parfait Collection 2026,” gathering close to a dozen parfaits across two sessions. By day, seven color-themed parfaits come from patissiers selected by parfait critic Onoya, including Nami Zaimokuza from Kamakura, Kanagawa, and Parfait tokidoki from Nirasaki, Yamanashi. After dark, pastry chefs plate exclusive parfaits paired with original cocktails, timed to the night view of the city below.

The parfaits won’t out-scale Japan’s tallest building, but they might out-scale your fork. Lunch runs 11am to 4pm, last order 3 pm. Dinner runs 5pm to 9pm, last order 8pm. Prices start at ¥2,000 per parfait, tax included, plus a separate ¥500 service charge per person.

Both venues sit inside Hills House, the members’ lounge floors that have become one of the more active parts of Azabudai Hills’ growing dining scene since the tower opened in 2023. For more Tokyo Tower views over drinks, see Metropolis’ guide to the city’s best rooftop bars.
