Peace Day 2026 takes over Yoyogi Park’s event plaza on September 21 to mark the International Day of Peace, bringing together six musical acts and a candlelit closing ceremony designed by candle artist Candle June.
The festival aims to raise awareness of the September 21 observance while building a platform connecting individuals, companies, and organizations around a shared movement for peace.
The lineup includes May J., marking her 20th debut anniversary and known for performing the Japanese theme song for Disney’s Frozen, alongside Tarumi Violinists, who have played at the UN’s Bell of Peace ceremony for over two decades.
The festival also partners with ZERO FES, a teen-produced entertainment festival, bringing in youth instrumental band Zα SAVAGE—fresh off record-breaking crowds at Fuji Rock Festival ’26 — and turntablist duo KaiharuBro.
