The Singaporean singer-songwriter brings The Doves Came Home to Tokyo for 2 shows on Oct. 12 and 13.

Singaporean singer-songwriter and producer Shye brings her “Return Asia Tour 2026” to Tokyo this October. The tour follows the release of her latest album, The Doves Came Home.

The Shye Tokyo 2026 dates include 2 performances in smaller live venues. She plays Shimokitazawa THREE on Oct. 12, followed by Ebisu KATA on Oct. 13.

Shye Brings The Doves Came Home to Tokyo

Shye creates music across dream pop, alternative rock and shoegaze. She writes and produces much of her material herself, developing her sound from a bedroom-based recording practice.

Her latest album, The Doves Came Home, explores love, memory, loss and acceptance. The record leans further into atmospheric guitars and dream-pop textures.

Shye has also opened for international artists including Clairo, Men I Trust, Daniel Caesar and The Jesus and Mary Chain. Her recent performances have taken her to festivals and venues across Asia and the U.S.

2 Shye Tokyo Shows in October

The Tokyo leg begins at Shimokitazawa THREE on Oct. 12. The basement venue regularly hosts indie, rock, electronic and experimental acts.

The second show takes place at KATA in Ebisu on Oct. 13. KATA is a gallery and event space inside the LIQUIDROOM complex.

The Tokyo dates follow Shye’s Oct. 11 performance in Seoul. Her wider “Return Asia Tour 2026” travels through 7 countries and 13 cities.
