The chunky ice cream with the unconventional image, Ben & Jerry’s, is coming back to Japan for the first time in 15 years. Started in 1978 by two guys (guess their names), armed with knowledge obtained from a correspondence course in ice-cream making, the brand now has 815 outlets in 27 countries. The branch hits Omotesando Hills on April 14, and will offer ice cream, chocolate and banana sundaes, milkshakes and some original varieties for Japan. Stop in to chomp on a Chubby Hubby. Or just eat some ice cream.
