Along with the Jamaican Embassy’s One Love fest at Yoyogi Park and Yokohama’s Reggae Sai, Kanto plays host to another celebration of all things reggae and Jamaican. This year’s NGO-sponsored Kanagawa Reggae Pride all-nighter is fronted by chart-topping dancehall rapper I-Octane, who will also be undertaking a separate solo tour of Japan. Rounding out the bill are honey-voiced singer Terry Linen, Jamaican DJs Razor and Martin, and a slew of domestic dancers, rappers and singers.
Club Citta, Sep 2. See concert listings (popular) for details.
