Kim Gordon Live in Tokyo 2027
Jan 07, 2027 at 7:00pm ~ Jan 07, 2027 at 8:30pm
Kim Gordon plays a solo headline show at Kanda Square Hall on Thursday, January 7, two days before her rockin’on sonic festival slot.
The show follows the March release of “Play Me,” her third solo album. It again teams her with producer Justin Raisen, this time with a more beat-driven, krautrock-leaning sound.
The record touches on AI and the erosion of democracy. Dave Grohl drums on the track “Busy Bee.”
Gordon also appears on day one of the festival in Ariake. See our rockin’on sonic 2027 guide for the full lineup.
