The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Concert

Marking 40 years since the first “Legend of Zelda” game debuted in 1986, the tour is the series’ first live orchestral concert in Japan since 2018. Conductor Taizo Takemoto leads regional orchestras, while the Tokyo and Yokohama shows feature the Hyrule Symphony Orchestra, made up largely of musicians from the games’ soundtrack sessions. Ocarina, harp and accordion soloists take the spotlight, with game footage projected behind the stage.
