Mark your calendars and prepare for a sensational summer celebration. The highly anticipated ANZCCJ Premium Food & Wine Party is making its grand return for 2023 – and this time, we’re bringing the festivities to the beach to experience the culinary culture of Australia and New Zealand!
Join us on 15 September at The Beach BBQ in Toyosu for a balmy summer’s evening BBQ al fresco, prepared by Meat and Livestock Australia`s Beef Ambassador , “Aussie Beef Mate” Mr Sho Tanaka, Pullman Tokyo Tamachi’s executive chef Mr Koji Fukuda and sous chef Mr Hiroki “Hulk” Kato, showcasing Australian and New Zealand sourced ingredients. While the grill is sizzling, sit back and stay cool with an array of Australian and New Zealand wines provided by Penfolds and Jeroboam Fine Wine Club, as well as Coopers beer and soft drinks.
