COVEN JAPAN Album Release Party in Shibuya

The Tokyo band celebrates Promised Land with Worship Pain, Brainicide and THE SPANGLES at Shibuya NOB.
Tokyo metal fans have a four-band bill to catch on Sept. 11, 2026. COVEN JAPAN will headline an album release party at Shibuya NOB from 7pm to 12am.
The concert celebrates Promised Land, COVEN JAPAN’s second full-length album. Released on July 24, the album features 8 tracks and runs for about 43 minutes. Fans can stream Promised Land on Bandcamp before the show.
COVEN JAPAN Celebrates Promised Land
COVEN JAPAN takes inspiration from NWOBHM, 1980s metal, hard rock and contemporary Japanese rock. The band combines melodic twin guitars with Japanese-language vocals and a classic heavy metal sound.
The group previously completed European tours in 2024 and 2025. Those tours included appearances at Up the Hammers in Greece and Muskelrock in Sweden.

Four Japanese Metal Bands at Shibuya NOB
The night’s lineup also features Worship Pain, Brainicide and THE SPANGLES. Each act brings a different part of the local heavy metal scene to one basement stage.

Tickets and Shibuya NOB Information
Admission costs ¥1,500. Meetup members and their friends receive a ¥500 discount, according to the organizer.
An all-you-can-drink option is available for ¥2,500. The event runs until 12am, giving each band space for a full live set.
Shibuya NOB is located at 1-3 Maruyamacho, Shibuya-ku. Check the venue’s official access guide before traveling.
