Janu Tokyo x TRADMAN’S BONSAI

Nov 22, 2025 at 5:00pm ~ Jan 15, 2026 at 11:30pm

Janu Tokyo teams up with TRADMAN’S BONSAI for a festive takeover that brings contemporary bonsai culture into the hotel’s restaurants, bars and common spaces. The collaboration runs until January 15, 2026.

TRADMAN’S BONSAI is known for blending classic bonsai techniques with modern design, street style and art, presenting the craft as something alive rather than nostalgic.

Bonsai Across the Hotel

More than 15 bonsai pieces by TRADMAN’S BONSAI appear throughout the property, including the collective’s first Christmas-tree inspired “Festive Bonsai” at the Level 5 reception. Displays rotate weekly, adding up to more than 100 variations across the season.

Janu Grill

The Festive Dinner Course offers five dishes shaped around bonsai imagery  and Japanese culture, from layered seafood and Japanese aromatics to sculptural mains echoing seasonal landscapes. A curated wine pairing is also available.

Dinner: 5.30pm – 10pm (Last order 9pm)

Janu Bar

The bar presents Re: Balance, a vivid green negroni, using TRADMAN’S BONSAI’s original matsuba (pine needle gin), Japanese vermouth and Janu’s sencha.

Opening hours: 5pm – midnight (Last order 11:30pm)
