What to Expect at Melanie C’s Tokyo Show

The tour supports “Sweat,” her ninth solo studio album, released in May. Its title track samples Diana Ross’s “Work That Body.” Two singles, “What Could Possibly Go Wrong” and “Undefeated Champion,” came out ahead of the album.

Tokyo falls between the European and Australian legs of the 25-city run. Afterward, she continues to Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney the following week.

Tickets and Access

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show then starts at 7 p.m.

Standing tickets cost ¥14,000 and reserved seats ¥16,000, plus a separate drink charge at the door.

Sales run online through e+, Ticket Pia and Lawson Ticket.

The official tour site currently lists the date as low on tickets.

Also, the promoter does not admit children under 6.

Additionally, refunds apply only if the show is postponed or canceled.

Two VIP upgrades are also available through e+.

The ¥40,000 Sweat All Access Experience includes the soundcheck, a group Q&A and a meet-and-greet photo.

Meanwhile, the ¥20,000 Sweat Collective Fan Pass covers early entry, a merchandise item and a commemorative laminate.

Both upgrades still require a separate concert ticket. Creativeman will post meeting times closer to the date.
